Terms and Conditions

• Full registration includes all sessions scheduled on Days 1, 2, and 3, social networking sessions, and the conference banquet.
• Single Day registration includes all sessions scheduled on that particular day but does not include the conference banquet. To attend the conference banquet, please purchase a separate ticket.
• Each accepted paper requires at least one Non-Student Full Registration for inclusion in the conference proceedings. If you have more than one accepted paper, each paper requires a separate registration.
• The early bird fee will close on Monday 13 Oct 2025 (11:59 pm, AEDT).
• To request an invitation letter, please contact ausdm2025@gmail.com.
• All registrations are non-refundable. However, transferring a registration to another attendee is permitted with at least 5 working days' notification sent to ausdm2025@gmail.com.
